Casa Yllika Student’s house is placed on Peru, it is located in the district of Jesus Maria that is located central area of the city of Lima. Casa Yllika is surrounded by green areas 🌳 🌳 where you can experience a local life with a mixture of nature, you will see yellow birds in the Salaverry avenue that will be your traditional road to home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You have a bakery 🥐, vegetable shop 🥬🥕🥦, and dessert´s shop🍮 walking 2 minutes from your house.

The traditional market is also placed at 4 minutes walking from the house.
The university Pacifico is placed at just 4 minutes walking and a Mall Center walking 10 minutes.
